Digital Factory offers professional-grade tools to simplify and accelerate your print and cut jobs — whether you’re managing a single hybrid printer/cutter or running multiple devices at scale. You’ll benefit from precise, vibrant colour output and highly efficient job management in both manual and fully automated production setups.
Available in two editions to fit your production needs:
- Print & Cut Edition – Supports one printer and one cutter, including hybrid print/cut devices. A great fit for smaller shops or workflows using separate cutting equipment.
- Print & Cut Production Edition – Designed for higher-volume production. Includes multi-printer and multi-cutter support, plus advanced queue management to maximise throughput and minimize downtime.
All editions include the same powerful colour engine, smart file preparation tools, and intuitive user interface that define the Digital Factory platform.

Precision Colour with the Fiery Color Profiler
Professional ICC profiling comes to Digital Factory. Powered by the same technology behind Fiery Edge™, this new add-on module enables precise printer calibration using supported spectrophotometers. Digital Factory 12 sets a new standard for colour management across the platform.
Integrated Gang Sheet Builder
Create and manage ganged layouts faster than ever with the new Gang Sheet Builder, now integrated directly into the print queue. Visually preview and group pages automatically—without the need for external tools or manual nesting. Designed for speed and simplicity, it’s an essential upgrade for high-volume DTF workflows.
Enhanced markup system for smarter finishing
The updated markup system brings more control to every stage of production. New features include multi-side job labels, pull-cut indicators, print length tracking, and individual mark rotation.
