How to check the status of my existing JobFlow SMSA?
You can check the status of your existing JobFlow SMSA by launching JobFlow and click "About" on the bottom-left menu. This screen will show whether your SMSA is active. You can also reference the Software Maintenance and Support Agreement for details.
