Simplifies job preparation using AI to analyze job content in real-time. It automatically selects the right workflows, settings, and templates. It’s a complete reinvention of the original Fiery JobFlow. It features expanded AI-driven workflow automation and integration capabilities. These respond instantly to live production inputs, such as barcodes and sensors. By connecting directly with Fiery Driven printers and finishers, JobFlow Pro enables true end-to-end automation. For busy print environments, where time and accuracy are everything, JobFlow Pro is a game-changer!

Fiery InkWise :

The newest addition to the Fiery IQ Suite, is designed to automate ink inventory management through AI and data analytics. Attendees saw how it continuously monitors production data to optimize stock levels. It tracks shelf life and anticipates purchasing needs. Print operators said it was the kind of smart automation that makes a real difference day-to-day. It helps them stay ahead of last-minute ink reorders, reduce waste, and keep jobs moving smoothly.

Command WorkStation 7.2 delivers more power and productivity than ever before.

Attendees previewed built-in compliance features and encrypted protocols that protect sensitive data. The platform also delivers faster Fiery apps, simpler job submission, improved imposition, and previews. It offers enhanced tools to fine-tune image quality. Wide-format professionals learned about new AI-powered print bleed and super-fast GPU-card enabled job processing. These are in the latest release of Fiery XF 9. This was done with FreeForm Create 2.0. It allows operators to add personalized text, images, and barcodes across labels, packaging, and direct mail with just a few clicks.

Our industrial and packaging experts demonstrated how Fiery Impress seamlessly integrates with Esko prepress workflows. It delivers sharp text, precise barcodes, and consistent color for maximum efficiency and profitability. For those interested in direct to film (DTF) or direct to garment (DTG), attendees learned how to produce brighter whites. This was possible using our patented Single-Pass Underbase with Highlight technology in the Digital Factory RIP software.
