CRITERIA TO QUALIFY FOR PLATINUM PARTNER STATUS

  • The Fiery Professional certified employee must stay current each year
  • A minimum of one high-end Fiery server in the demo room with all option packages installed
  • All Fiery products (available in your price list) featured on webpage
  • Up-to-date content required
  • Contact person “in-house” for programme communications
  • Schedule at least 2 hours of sales training to keep salesforce up to date with the latest Fiery products and workflows solutions. This training must be associated with a joint sales incentive program for Fiery Options agreed with Fiery SDM
  • Report 2024 unit sales and Fiery share, agree on targets for 2025
  • In order to keep the status, partner needs to achieve agreed sales targets
  • Obey with Fiery Branding and Trademark Guidelines
  • Participate in quarterly business reviews to follow up on agreed sales targets

TERM AND TERMINATION. This Agreement will be effective beginning on the date of Fiery’s acceptance of Your application to the Program and shall expire one (1) year thereafter, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement may be renewed for additional one (1) year periods by the mutual agreement of both parties. This Agreement is not an “evergreen” contract or of indefinite duration. The obligations in this Agreement with respect to Confidential Information disclosed during such period shall survive any termination of this Agreement and shall continue for a period of four (4) years following termination of this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon fourteen (14) days prior written notice to the other party.
