Fiery Choice Partner Program Terms and Conditions:

Program Eligibility and Requirements

The Reseller must fulfill the following conditions to maintain program status:

  • Apply to the program through a dedicated form.
  • Sell printers from at least two (2) different Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Include Fiery solutions in Reseller’s product portfolio.
  • Display Fiery brand prominently on Reseller’s website.
  • Complete a one-on-one training session with a Fiery Sales Development Manager (SDM).

The program is structured into three distinct tiers, referred to as Stages 1, 2, and 3. Each stage has its own specific set of requirements and associated benefits. Achieving a higher stage includes retaining the benefits from the previous stages.

Stage 1: Start

Requirements:

  • Attend a one-on-one Training session with Fiery SDM, or
  • Achieve the Fiery Foundations Certification for Sales Team.
  • Have at least one Fiery Professional certified team member.

Benefits:

  • Welcome Media Kit.
  • Fiery Dealer Certificate.
  • Permission to use Fiery Logos on website and other communications.
  • Listing on Fiery.com as an authorized dealer.
  • Social media post from Fiery.

Stage 2: Engage

Requirements:

  • Have at least one external Fiery Digital Front End (DFE) in Reseller’s demo room.

Benefits:

  • One (1) free Fiery Technician Certification.
  • Case Study development and promotion (in English).

Stage 3: Perform

Requirements:

  • Invite Fiery SDMs to sales meetings with prospects in a quarter (the number of meetings will be determined by the SDM depending on the dealer’s size).
  • Share Fiery DFE + Options sales activity.
  • Achieve the sales plan on Fiery products during the year (to be agreed upon with Fiery SDM).

Benefits:

  • Access to exclusive Fiery Gold Reward sales incentive programs.
  • A 10% discount on Fiery software solutions (when purchased at Dealer price list from the Fiery Germany store).
  • Discount Provision: If the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) is set at a certain amount (e.g., $100) and the normal dealer price is $70, a discount of 10% shall be applied to the normal dealer price. For illustrative purposes, if the normal dealer price is $70, the discounted price shall be calculated as follows: Final Dealer Price =Normal Dealer Price− (Normal Dealer Price × Discount Percentage)

Terms and Conditions

  • Reward vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
  • Benefits are subject to continued compliance with program requirements.
  • Dealer pricing discounts are valid during the term of this agreement.

Termination Clause:

  • This agreement shall remain in effect until May 1, 2026. On this date, the Dealer must renew the contract to continue participation in the Fiery Choice Partner Program. Failure to renew by May 1, 2026, will result in the automatic expiration of the agreement and termination of all associated benefits and obligations.
