Designed specifically for Direct to Garment (DTG) workflows, Digital Factory Apparel delivers everything you need to produce professional-quality output with precision and ease. More than just RIP software, it includes advanced job preparation and production tools tailored for the unique demands of DTG printing. With industry-leading color accuracy, automated white ink handling, and wide printer compatibility, it’s the complete solution for apparel production.

Available in four editions to fit your production needs:

  • Digital Factory Apparel Production Edition – Built for shops running two or more printers simultaneously. Provides full access to advanced workflow and job management tools, custom drivers, and powerful white ink automation. Easily scalable for larger setups with the option to add more printers.
  • Digital Factory Apparel Brother™ Edition – Designed for users running Brother™ DTG printers such as the GTX and GT-3 models. Offers all the core features of Digital Factory Apparel with drivers and profiles optimized for Brother hardware. (GTX Pro Bulk and GTX 600 require additional modules.)
  • Digital Factory Apparel Epson™ Edition – Built for Epson™ DTG printers like the F2000 and F2100. Includes tailored drivers and color profiles for superior output. (Epson SC F-3000/3070 support available as an add-on module.)

Expanded queue tabs, job lists, previews, smart bars, and process panels help reduce time spent searching through menus so you can stay focused on production.

Re-Designed Smart Bar

The reimagined Smart Bar introduces simplified control groupings called “Cards” that improve usability for both new and experienced operators. Clear icons and helpful tooltips make it easy to access key functions quickly, improving workflow efficiency across the board.

True Shape Nesting

True Shape Nesting improves media utilization by nesting items based on their actual shape rather than simple bounding boxes. This minimizes gaps, reduces material waste, and supports tighter layouts—ideal for high-volume workflows where efficiency and savings matter.

ICC Profiling Module

FluidMask

FluidMask integrates seamlessly into Digital Factory to let you remove unwanted image backgrounds with precision and speed. This module adds intuitive edge-detection and fine-detail selection tools to simplify image masking—right from within your existing Digital Factory environment.

Automatic Job Sorter (AJS)

AJS lets you define file sorting rules by name, folder, or production criteria. Files are imported, categorized, and sent to the correct output queue without manual input—ideal for high-volume or multi-printer workflows.

Visual Print Positioning Module

The Visual Print Positioning (VPP) Module provides a user-friendly, camera-assisted interface that ensures graphics are placed precisely where you want them—on shirts, caps, sleeves, sneakers, and more. Eliminate trial-and-error by previewing your placement in real time before printing.

Digital Factory Contour Cutting Module

The Contour Cutting Module extends your Digital Factory software with powerful, professional-grade contour cutting capabilities. Ideal for users working with direct to film, sublimation, and other specialty print workflows, this module enables seamless print-and-cut production using supported cutters and devices.

DeviceLink and InkSaver Module

This module combines the powerful DeviceLink engine with advanced InkSaver capabilities—designed to optimize both color consistency and production efficiency. Standardize output across multiple devices while also reducing ink usage by intelligently reprofiling color without visible loss in quality.

Brother GTX Pro Bulk DTF Printer Driver

This add-on enables Direct to Film (DTF) printing on supported Brother® Direct to Garment printers. Seamlessly integrated with Digital Factory Apparel Brother Edition, it provides color-accurate, white-ink-enabled output for high-quality DTF transfers—expanding your capabilities without changing equipment.

Brother DTF Printer Driver

This add-on enables Direct to Film (DTF) printing on supported Brother® Direct to Garment printers. Seamlessly integrated with Digital Factory 11 Apparel Brother Edition, it provides color-accurate, white-ink-enabled output for high-quality DTF transfers—expanding your capabilities without changing equipment.

Epson DTF Printer Driver

This driver enables Direct to Film (DTF) production using supported Epson® Direct to Garment printers. Integrated with Digital Factory Apparel Epson Edition, it delivers professional-quality film transfers with full white ink control and optimized color output—without needing to switch platforms.
