Digital Factory UV Edition is built for production environments that demand accuracy, consistency, and versatility. Featuring custom drivers and color profiles for a wide range of UV printers, this edition simplifies even the most complex workflows with professional pre-production and output tools.
Available in two editions to fit your production needs:
- UV Standard Edition – Supports printers with media widths up to 48″, perfect for most small- to mid-format UV flatbeds, hybrids, and specialty printers.
- UV Production Edition – Supports printers with media widths larger than 48″, designed for wide-format UV print operations that require maximum scalability and throughput.
Both editions include the same advanced color engine, integrated workflow automation, and intelligent job handling trusted across Fiery software solutions.
New Next-Gen UI
Accessing powerful production tools is now faster and more intuitive with the updated interface. The redesigned UI streamlines navigation, enhances visibility, and simplifies task management. Expanded queue tabs, job lists, previews, smart bars, and process panels help reduce time spent searching through menus so you can stay focused on production.
Re-Designed Smart Bar
The reimagined Smart Bar introduces simplified control groupings called “Cards” that improve usability for both new and experienced operators. Clear icons and helpful tooltips make it easy to access key functions quickly, improving workflow efficiency across the board.
True Shape Nesting
True Shape Nesting improves media utilization by nesting items based on their actual shape rather than simple bounding boxes. This minimizes gaps, reduces material waste, and supports tighter layouts—ideal for high-volume workflows where efficiency and savings matter.

With Digital Factory add-on modules, you can add expanded tool sets or printer support and features to meet changing business needs and emerging new markets.
ICC Profiling Module
Build ICC-compliant profiles using advanced tools for spot color handling, separation curves, and support for the latest ICC standards (v2.1 and v4). Designed for specialty print workflows, this module ensures consistent, high-quality color across printers, inks, and media.
FluidMask
FluidMask integrates seamlessly into Digital Factory to let you remove unwanted image backgrounds with precision and speed. This module adds intuitive edge-detection and fine-detail selection tools to simplify image masking—right from within your existing Digital Factory environment.
Automatic Job Sorter (AJS)
AJS lets you define file sorting rules by name, folder, or production criteria. Files are imported, categorized, and sent to the correct output queue without manual input—ideal for high-volume or multi-printer workflows.
Visual Print Positioning Module
The Visual Print Positioning (VPP) Module provides a user-friendly, camera-assisted interface that ensures graphics are placed precisely where you want them—on shirts, caps, sleeves, sneakers, and more. Eliminate trial-and-error by previewing your placement in real time before printing.
Digital Factory Contour Cutting Module
The Contour Cutting Module extends your Digital Factory software with powerful, professional-grade contour cutting capabilities. Ideal for users working with direct to film, sublimation, and other specialty print workflows, this module enables seamless print-and-cut production using supported cutters and devices.
Digital Factory DeviceLink Module
The DeviceLink Module allows users to extend and refine existing ICC profiles for better cross-device color consistency. Convert color spaces, fine-tune output by adjusting hue, saturation, and other parameters, and ensure reliable results across different printers and substrates—all from within Digital Factory.
DeviceLink and InkSaver Module
This module combines the powerful DeviceLink engine with advanced InkSaver capabilities—designed to optimize both color consistency and production efficiency. Standardize output across multiple devices while also reducing ink usage by intelligently reprofiling color without visible loss in quality.
Digital Factory Add-On Desktop UV Printer
This add-on enables one additional desktop-format UV printer within your existing Digital Factory UV Edition Desktop environment. Ideal for shops running more than one small- to mid-format UV device and looking to expand production capabilities without upgrading to Production Edition. Note you can add up to three printers.
Digital Factory Add-On Production UV Printer
This add-on unlocks one additional production-scale UV printer within your existing Digital Factory UV Edition Production environment. It’s the ideal upgrade for wide-format UV operations looking to scale up output without investing in a second full license. Note you can add up to three printers.
